How to Get call History of Any Jio Number, Call and sms details or history of Any Jio sim

Do you know? that you can get all details about Calls, Messages and Data of your Jio Number. You can get only Outgoing details. They do not store Incoming details.

Follow Below Steps :

Step 1 :  First of all you have to download My Jio App from the play Store.

Step 2: Open App  and Click on ‘≡’ which is  on Left side of the top corner.

 Step 3: You will get many options Click on My Statement.

Step 4: After Clicking on My Statement a new page will opened where you have to Select a Month only 30 days(Eg: 1 jan 2019 – 30 jan 2019) and Click on SUBMIT

If you want to get the Call Detail Records of a particular month Just select that Month(30 days Max) make sure you can get the Call Detail Records for the last 6 Months (180 days Max) only
